Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp diced pickles
- 2 tbsp diced onions
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, diced pickles, and diced onions.
- Add paprika, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Cover the bowl or transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Let it chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed before serving.
- Enjoy on burgers, as a dipping sauce, or however you like!
Notes
- If you prefer a less tangy sauce, start with 1 tablespoon of mustard and adjust to taste.
- For a sweeter sauce, add a teaspoon of sugar or sweet relish.
- Letting the sauce chill is key for the best flavor, so don’t skip this step!
- This recipe makes enough sauce for about 4 burgers. Double or triple the recipe as needed.
